Clients are based in East Ham, Manor Park, Upton Park, Forest Gate, Ilford, Newbury Park, Redbridge, Barkingside, Clayhall and the entire Redbridge borough and Newham borough.
Also, they have few clients in other parts of London as well, such as Harrow, Wembley, South London and so on.

Duties include:
Offering emotional support
Giving food and water (feeding), tea and coffee
Giving medicine
Listening to their past history
Taking them out for a fresh air
Reading newspaper and magazines
Personal care
Giving bath
Duties depend on the clients you have.
